Lack of space in urban areas, like Brussels for example, forces our society to always build higher and higher. Talking about higher, it’s amazing when looking at the price for property in Brussels. Brussels, capital of Belgium, capital of the Flemmish Region, capital of Europe, capital of inflation ? I guess it’s about the same everywhere in western europe, but waw, in about 3 years the price for an appartment has simply been multiplied by 2 ..
